This page describes how Omniprez LLC handles requests from law enforcement and public authorities for user data.
Omniprez LLC ("Omniprez") is the data controller for user data held by the SocialPrez application. Omniprez is a limited liability company organised under the laws of Arizona, United States.
See our Privacy Policy § 2 for the full data inventory.
Every request from a public authority is reviewed for legal validity. We require valid legal process — a subpoena, court order, or warrant — before disclosing any data. In genuine emergencies (risk of death or physical injury), we may disclose data without prior process if required by applicable law; we will then document the emergency basis and seek legal process retroactively.
We contest requests we consider unlawful or overbroad. We notify users when legally permitted to do so.
We disclose only the data the request lawfully requires. We do not provide broader access than the legal process authorises.
Every law enforcement request, the data disclosed, its legal basis, and the government agency and officers involved are logged in an internal register maintained at Omniprez and not stored in this repository.
Requests issued under the US National Security Letters (NSL) statute or equivalent national-security authorities are handled in accordance with transparency norms established by Meta and other technology companies — we publish request statistics in a transparency report, subject to legal prohibitions on disclosure.
We notify users of requests for their data when the applicable legal process permits us to do so. If a government order prohibits notification, we will seek to challenge that restriction.
