Effective Date: August 10, 2026 Last Updated: August 10, 2026
This page describes how to delete your SocialPrez account and what happens to your data when you do. SocialPrez is operated by Omniprez LLC — see our Privacy Policy for full detail on what we collect and how we use it.
Open the SocialPrez app, go to Settings, and select Account deletion. Confirm the deletion when prompted. Your account and the data listed below are deleted immediately — there is no grace period, waiting window, or way to recover the account afterward.
| Data | What happens |
|---|---|
| Account and profile information | Deleted immediately on account deletion |
| Posts (captions, schedules, publish results) | Deleted immediately on account deletion |
| Platform connections stored in our systems (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook Pages, Threads) | Deleted immediately on account deletion — this does not revoke access on the platform itself, see below |
| Subscription record (plan, renewal/expiration date, store transaction identifier) | Deleted immediately on account deletion |
| Feedback in our own systems (App's copy: text, category, attached screenshots/video) | Deleted immediately on account deletion — but see the GitLab note below |
| Analytics (engagement metrics for your posts) | Deleted as part of account deletion |
| Uploaded media for a post you deleted before it published, or that otherwise never published | Not deleted immediately — removed automatically within 370 days at the latest by routine storage cleanup, whether or not you delete your account (media for a post that already published is deleted at publish time) |
We do not retain any of the categories above, in our own systems, once your account is deleted. Two things are not ours to delete and continue to exist elsewhere after your account is gone: Apple and Google keep their own transaction and billing records under their own policies, and if you ever submitted feedback, the GitLab issue we created from it (its text and any attachments) is retained under GitLab's own retention policy, independent of our own copy — see the next two sections and our Privacy Policy § 2.6.
This is an immediate, permanent deletion — not a deactivation, and not a 7/14/30-day grace period. Once you confirm, it cannot be undone.
You don't have to delete your entire account to remove specific data:
If you want a copy of your data, do this before deleting your account: in the App, go to Settings → Your data to request an export. This is a separate step from deletion — deleting your account does not generate an export for you afterward.
Deleting your SocialPrez account does not disconnect or revoke access on the connected
platforms themselves. If you connected Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, or Threads, you must
separately disconnect or revoke SocialPrez's access from that platform's own settings (for
example, instagram.com/accounts/manage_access/ or tiktok.com/settings/apps).
Subscriptions billed through Apple's App Store or Google Play are managed by Apple or Google, not SocialPrez, and are not automatically cancelled by deleting your account — cancel them separately in your App Store or Google Play account settings if you don't want to continue being billed.
If you create a new SocialPrez account after deleting a previous one — even with the same email or sign-in identity — it is a brand-new account. It has no access to your previous posts, connections, subscription history, feedback, or analytics.
If you're unable to delete your account or specific data in the app, email privacy@omniprez.net from the email address associated with your account and tell us what to delete. We will delete it and confirm back to you.
See our Privacy Policy for full details on what data we collect, how we use it, and how long we retain it.
